Rachel Aichler, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 18 years of healthcare experience across men’s health, urology, primary care, preventive medicine, medical weight management, and high-acuity nursing. Her background includes more than a decade caring for veterans at the Phoenix VA, leadership as Clinic Director and sole provider of a high-volume men’s health practice, and clinical experience in urology.
As the founder and treating clinician at Momentum Precision Health, Rachel provides personalized men’s health care focused on hormone health, sexual health, preventive medicine, metabolic health, and medical weight management. Her approach emphasizes comprehensive evaluation, thoughtful laboratory interpretation, patient education, shared decision-making, and individualized treatment rather than one-size-fits-all protocols.
As a cancer survivor herself, Rachel also understands what it feels like to navigate uncertainty, advocate for answers, and experience healthcare from the patient side. That perspective has strengthened her commitment to listening carefully, taking symptoms seriously, and helping patients feel heard and involved in their care.
My Story
I know what it's like to sit in the patient chair—vulnerable, scared, hoping the person across from you will listen. One year ago, I was undergoing chemotherapy for cancer. Those six cycles changed everything about how I see medicine.
As a patient, I learned that the most healing thing a provider can offer isn't just clinical expertise—it's presence and time.
Why I Founded Momentum
I recently left my role as clinic director at a corporate men's health clinic. We nearly doubled our patient base in six months, but those metrics didn't measure what I value most: unhurried conversations about sensitive topics and care that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
